How much does it cost to sell my house with Settled?

Answer: With Settled, we charge a fixed fee upfront of £499 (inc VAT) to list your home with us. Followed by a fee of £839 (inc VAT) which is only payable upon completion.

How can I sell quicker by being Buyer-Ready?

Answer: By starting the legal work (property forms, searches, enquiries) at listing stage, we're able to get your home ready to sell much earlier.

Why don’t I need to hire a solicitor with Settled?

Answer: As part of the Settled service (and fee) we cover all the legal work required to sell your home with help from our legal partners. This means no external solicitor or conveyancer is needed!

How long will it take to sell my home?

Answer: While we can't promise an exact amount of days, we can reveal that Settled customers are selling their home in 2.5 months on average - half the UK's average time of 4-5 months.
